We (2 families) had a great stay. The villa is beautifully located, offers plenty of space in and around the house and there are many seaside bays within walking distance.
Our hosts were always reachable and took care of us. A delicious aperitif awaited us at the reception, which was very welcome by us with 5 hungry children

Our family enjoyed their stay in this villa. We were a group of 5 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the beautiful sunsets, the fresh herbs throughout the courtyard, the front patio seating area and the ability to dine indoors or outdoors on the back patio.
The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room was convenient. The area is quiet, private and peaceful. The nearby private beach is beautiful but small, so we opted to drive to other larger beaches, which were very beautiful (Cala li Cossi Beach and Santa Teresa). We did most of the shopping in the larger supermarkets, which were further away. The nearby Almadia restaurant was also nice. I recommend staying in this villa.

We had an incredible stay at Lux Villa Supernova by Independent Villa. From the start, Claudia and Antonio were attentive, warm, and super responsive — the best hosts we could have asked for.
The villa itself is stunning: exquisite views, a pool that’s to die for, and every comfort you could imagine. With the local Mum Market close by, you truly don’t need to leave. Whether using the outdoor barbecue or the fantastic kitchen, everything was effortless.
That said, if you want to dine out, Almadia Restaurant (5 mins) and Jakita Restaurant (12 mins) are excellent options.
Overall, this villa was a complete dream and exceeded our expectations in every way. We cannot recommend Independent Villa highly enough — good job guys!

Our stay was great. The house is beautifully located right on the coast. The garden is very spacious . The small bays/beaches can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The pool is very large. The house is located in a holiday home area. The next town (Vignola) is about 10 minutes by car. Inside the complex there is a small mini market where you can easily buy your daily groceries

Amazing villa – very comfortable, easy walk to the beach, wonderful outdoor space for al fresco dining with everyone around the table together. Useful to know is that the beach, while small, is mostly used by residents so it’s relatively quiet compared to many other bigger beaches on the north coast or Costa Esmeralda. Makes this a a very special experience!

A wonderful house in a spectacular location. It’s a time warp really, like a 1960s utopia. The house itself is simple but well adapted to the environment. There is not air conditioning, only overhead fans. It shows its age, but in a pleasant way. Recommended.

The house and garden was truly amazing. Super calm and private area, the exterior and interior was perfect, the beds and sheets was incredible and the pool area was also great. Well equipped kitchen. Easy parking. Short walk down to the beach and great area for longer walks. Only con was the distance to bigger grocery stores and quite few restaurants nearby. There was a good mini market though. We can absolutely recommend the house for a calm vacation with amazing sunsets and family time. The house is huge.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this spacious and beautifully decorated villa in Portobello, Sardinia. The villa was impeccably clean and offered all the amenities listed, making our stay very comfortable. While the electrical oven stopped working after one use, the host quickly provided plenty of wood for the outdoor pizza oven, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the local area. Highly recommend this villa and would love to return!

We stayed with friends in the splendid villa, the hosts were very kind, quick and very professional, Antonio the maintenance man was very kind and super quick to respond to our requests. The area is very quiet and the spaces of the house are well distributed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and it was wonderful to admire it in front of a glass of wine. The swimming pool is tidy and clean. Everything was perfect!!!! The only flaw was that it only lasted for a week

We (4 adults with 4 teenagers) spent a wonderful and relaxing two weeks at Villa Lo Stazzo. The villa is very quiet but by car you can quickly reach large beaches and restaurants. There are fantastic beaches very close (15 minutes) and they are not so popular and crowded. The staff of the villa was extremely kind and courteous at all times. Highly recommended for families.

We spent mid-October 23 with 9 people plus 1 child in the detached villa. The villa is well equipped, especially the 2 outdoor areas with large dining tables and a lounge area. The bathroom situation should be highlighted, each with one bathroom per room. In mid-October, however, many services close in Sardinia, provided that the closest ones (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) are about a 20-minute drive away in Santa Theresa di Gallura. Communication with the hostess Silvia was very fast and helpful and available. We recommend a stay in the villa and will return.

A very beautiful house with many rooms, tastefully furnished and well equipped. The pool was smaller than expected, but we still mostly went swimming in the sea. The rooms smelled a bit, which is probably difficult to avoid, because even the laundry on the terrace did not dry during the night due to the humid sea air.

Nice villa with small but clean swimming pool and terrace with splendid sea view! Portobello is made up of many villas which are located beautifully on the slope and with lots of green change. The beautiful beach can be reached on foot in about five minutes. We really enjoyed the little market and also used the tennis court. Unfortunately, the restaurant was already in October, as were other restaurants nearby . The house is well furnished, nothing was missing. Only the house – built into the rock – is a little damp, but with the dehumidifier it worked fine. Communication with Silvia from Independent Villas was excellent and very easy. I highly recommend Villa Gloria!

We spent some wonderful days at Villa Stazzo. The descriptions of the house were 100% satisfied and we immediately felt at home. The highlights were the swimming pool and roof terrace. Our four-legged friend also had a very pleasant stay. He had the ability to move freely on the large, fully fenced lot/land. Furthermore, the service was excellent, everyone was very kind and available at all times. We would therefore not hesitate to visit the villa again.

Very modern and well furnished villa, corresponds to the photos. Unfortunately you cannot see the sea from the kitchen as in the photos, but only from a living room. Furthermore, the lower floor is unfortunately in the basement and a bit musty due to the humidity, despite the air conditioning and dehumidification system. The fuse also fell several times. Communication via Airbnb and What ‘s App worked very well, Silvia always responded and responded right away. The caretaker also stopped by because of the fuse, but the problem was not resolved. The location is lovely in a large villa neighborhood and the square with the restaurant and bar is within easy walking distance. The villa was clean, the pool had to be cleaned again due to many leaves, but it was done immediately. When picking up there was a misunderstanding and another family was picked up, but Silvia responded immediately and picked us up. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The booking and payment went well as well as the directions and delivery of the keys etc. The villa did however have some issues and, while the staff attempted to address them promptly, we were left dissatisfied. There were three bedrooms in the basement. .. which smelled of damp and had to have a 24 hour ventilation system… which was not pleasant. Then we had problems with the toilet and drains… a problem that the plumber said was recurring. The smell was horrible and sometimes meant we couldn’t use them. We live in an area with luxury villas and would not expect this in a so-called luxury villa. The WiFi was also very poor which was a problem for those who had to work and do zoom calls. One small issue was that there weren’t enough wine glasses for our party or outdoor chairs and loungers. On the positive side, the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would not recommend the villa. The agency offered us a 5% discount on our next villa, but as you can imagine we will not be booking another villa. I don’t complain and am generally accommodating, but for the price of the villa it wasn’t worth it.

We had a really great time, a very happy holiday. We all came back fatter and with distressed livers, but with wonderful memories.
The grocery service was fantastic. Every day we could text for what we needed, like milk, and it would be delivered the following morning along with fresh croissants. Serchio the chef was wonderful – the food was fantastic, but he also had a lovely personality.
The location of the villa and the views were exceptional, and the bay which you could walk to in about 15 minutes was beautiful with great snorkeling

Very beautiful and well-kept house. Tastefully renovated. However, the 2 small kitchens (instead of 1 large kitchen) are not optimal. The beautiful swimming pool is just a few steps from the house.
