Surrounded by the quiet and scents of the Mediterranean vegetation, this villa is the ideal retreat for families wishing for a relaxing holiday away from the bustle of more crowded destinations, without giving up the beauty of the sea.
The true jewel of the property is the newly built swimming pool with a stunning sea view, complemented by a smaller integrated pool, perfect for the safety and enjoyment of children. All around, several outdoor spaces invite you to slow down: areas dedicated to relaxation, a fully equipped space for al fresco dining, and a furnished terrace with comfortable sofas. The glass railing allows your gaze to roam freely between the blue of the sea and the green of the vegetation, offering views to be enjoyed at any moment of the day.

Through the large sliding glass door, you enter the modern kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and designed to make sharing family moments effortless. The living area then opens onto a spacious and bright lounge, slightly offset by three steps that add movement to the interiors and create a pleasant separation of spaces.

From the living room, you access the first double bedroom, private and overlooking the greenery, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub. Returning to the living area and going up a few steps, a short corridor with a large window facing the courtyard leads to the second sleeping area: here you will find an additional double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with single beds, also with a private bathroom with shower.

Outdoors, every corner has been designed for wellbeing and tranquility, but it is the panoramic pool that truly captivates: the perfect place to cool off, be lulled by the silence, and enjoy the unobstructed view.
